PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS. THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT ORDER/KEEP YOUR PRODUCT.

These Terms of Sale ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of products and/or services and support ("Product") sold by Mironics LTD, including its affiliates or subsidiaries. By placing your order for Product, you accept and are bound to the terms of this Agreement. If you have placed an order but do not wish to be subject to these Terms of Sale, you must promptly cancel your order before it enters production and becomes non-cancellable, or return your purchase in accordance with Mironics LTD Return Policy within 21 days of the invoice date for a refund of your purchase price minus shipping, handling, and up to a 15% restocking fee.
Mironics LTD produces aftermarket Products which are produced and tested to the highest quality standards. Aftermarket Products are not certified or intended to be used by the original manufacturer of the environment the Product is installed in. Products are often self install and you are expected to be competent enough to perform such an installation. If at any time you feel that you cannot install any of Mironics LTD’ products yourself you should seek professional help.

Please keep in mind, that Mironics LTD cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury to persons, property or product as a result of an installation. Although you, the purchaser, accept all risk of installation and operation, we will assist you with any questions and/or technical support to the best of our.

You accept all risks and responsibility for loss, damage, costs and other consequences resulting from using products supplier by Mironics LTD and its suppliers.
Mironics LTD cannot be held liable for improper installation and operation of any product purchased from our company.

We disclaim all responsibility To the maximum extent possible under applicable laws:
A. We exclude all liability, including for negligence, to you or any other person arising directly or indirectly from using our website and products; and
B. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, we limit our liability at our option to resupplying any goods or services in respect of which the liability arises or refunding any amounts paid for those goods or services.
Dispute Resolution

YOU AND MIRONICS LTD ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM.
