Navstar16 NavDivulge (Unleashing the hidden power of windows) NavDFreeze Window Manager 7.8.6 -> This utility is a powerful feature of Navstar16 NavDivulge, it alone has got more than 16 features, but to run these you need that your computer should have enough free memory/ resources. Now let’s start with its features. First of all, if you need to run any of these utilities, you need to select the window name from the Visible windows list or Invisible windows list, and then only you can proceed further.
1) Visible windows -> it shows all of your visible windows name. To work further you need this portion as your primary thing, before doing any thing on any window you just need to select the window name and do the rest of the things with the buttons provided. 2) Invisible windows -> it shows the names of your invisible windows (which are either hidden or working in background). 3) Freeze -> With this thing you can freeze any window ( i.e., under normal circumstances possible). It does a sort of hanging the window (application). 4) dFreeze -> It releases the window after you have frozen it. To dFreeze this you need to select the window application name from either the Visible or Invisible list with Frozen word as prefix beore that application name. 5) Rename -> This renames the application/ window name on a temporary basis, this means that as soon as the application/ window is closed this would release its name and would come back to its original name before this application run. 6) Enable all obj -> this would enable all of the objects under a window (e.g If you have ever used Yahoo Messenger, you would be aware of a feature in this that if you are connected to the internet, then only it shows the preferences window details like General etc., with this utility you can break this barrier for a temporary period of time, so that you can handle it without being connected to the internet). Hey this is only an example, see you can enable most of the windows/ applications disabled object on a temporary basis ( ;-) wink). 7) Lock all obj -> Similarly with this object you can lock all of the windows (applications) button, textboxes, etc.,. 8) Ontop-> brings the selected window on the top 9) Not Ontop -> as the name suggests send the window back from the on top. 10) Enable Menu-> Enable the menu of any active window 11) Disable Menu-> Disable the menu of any active window. 12) Focus -> brings the selected window in focus. 13) Dissect-> Cut open or cut apart/ analyse, no- no, We are not giving any word meaning here but we are trying to put forward the things which it can do. After selecting a window name, click on “Dissect”, it will open a new window with the name of the window you selected and it will show 2 list (i.e., Visible Objects and Invisible Objects). It will show the objects/properties of that window (e.g., the label name, button name, and frame name etc.,) you can select any of the window name and choose the tricks to perform on that particular window (e.g., if you choose a window name and the click the dissect, it will show the properties (buttons label etc.,) now you can change the name by clicking the “Rename object” or Enable or Disable buttons label etc., or even you can hide or show the buttons label etc.,). But all of these settings remain valid only until the window is shown if the window/ application is closed and open again then it will show the original name, in short this is temporary thing. Some times it happens that changes doesn’t apply/show quickly, for that purpose you need to move the window manually here and there, than it would show the changes. 14) Maximize -> maximize the window even if there is no property enabled. 15) Minimize -> minimize the window. 16) Normal -> Reset the window size to normal 17) Highlight -> it would highlight the selected window just by flashing the window in the systray/taskbar. 18) Hide -> hide the selected window from the taskbar. 19) Show -> show the hidden window, for this you need to select the window from the Invisible windows list. 20) Terminate -> Terminate the application/ window after you selected the window name from the list.
Sometimes it happens that some of the window/application name won’t be shown either in the Visible or Invisible windows list. To resolve this problem you just need to click on refresh button in the top.
