This is Award-Winning Call Accounting System and Hotel Management
System. It is Free for small customer who has equal or less than 18
Extensions or Hotel with less than 6 Rooms.

Compatible with any PBX. The call detail record (CDR) format can be
re-programmed after installation to matches the particular CDR format
which your PBX is sending out.

Online captures CDR via RS232 port as traditional Pbx billing software
or via IP interface (both Server or Client modes). Beside directly
communicating with Pbx via serial interface or IP interface, the
software is able to scan a log folder which CDR will be saved here by
other software (this option often be used for customer to evaluate this
software, if they already have another billing software running).

Supports any call charge
scheme and multiple call charge schemes (one per each telephone service
provider). Service charge including surcharge and flat charge can
be based on calling party or called party.

Supports scheduled call charge
rate, which will be applied at given point of time.

Supports multiple currencies
and automatically exchange the currency if needed.

Supports billing for not only
normal Outgoing calls, but also the calls made by using Prepaid Card and
Incoming calls.

Exports/imports interface for
CDR, Billing connector for other application to retrieve telephone charge
information for other purpose (fore example, your own accounting system
can online retrieve telephone charge from the billing connector).

Billing feature. You can short, filter, layout in many different ways or
schedule to automatically make and send bill via email. There are detail
and summary telephone bills. Detail telephone bills are needed for the
owner of office building, telephone reseller...Summary telephone bills
are needed for internal cost allocation.

You can set different color
for each call on the bill according to the CallType it belong to or set
bold if its duration/price is over the call duration/price
threshold.

Telephone bill can
be based on
Extension or Account Code for traditional Pbx billing system, or based
on Source IP for VOIP gateway.

Alert authorized person via
email right after receiving any call, which is longer than a given
period of time, or call charge is much more than a given amount of
money.

12 bills for Hotels. Support Hotel functions via RoomRack (Room is row,
Date is column). Check-in/Check-out/Change-room can be done very easy by
using the mouse to select the cells on RoomRack. Only one bill for guest
including the room sub-bill, telephone sub-bill and other kind of
service sub-bill.

The layout of telephone bill
can be customized in many different ways.

The CDR received from Pbx will be saved to text-based log file first,
then be processed. The processed CDRs and other information is stored in
database (Ms Access, Ms SQL Server or MySQL).

redefine your local language for caption/text on form and on the telephone
bill. For example, you can have the telephone bill using your own
language.

The application is
"nearly-free": The version running on Ms Windows is completely free for
small customer, quite cheap for bigger customer. I am porting my
application to Linux (Red Hat Linux 9.0, MySQL, Java), and apart of this project
is GNU license (access
www.sourceforge.net, look for pbspms
project).
