Communication flow:

Enterprise Billing Mode:

In this working mode, the bills will mainly base on Department/User.

Hotel Billing Mode:

Click on below picture to see the application running in Hotel Billing Mode.

In this mode, you will make the bill per room. The bill will consist of not only the telephone charge, but also the room and other guest service fee.

Click on below picture to have closer view of RoomRack. This is single interface allowing the hotel owner to do "Check-In", "Check-Out", "Change Room"... The application will monitor the period of time the guest has stayed in given room, then automatically include the telephone made by that guest to the bill. By using RoomRack, the hotel functions haven't ever been easier.

Communicating with your Pbx:

Click on below picture to see the form, where you configure the COM port (or IP Interface) of your PC to communicate with your Pbx.

  • The application can retrieve CDR (call detail record) from two separate Pbx at the same time via COM1 and COM2.

  • You can connect the second COM port to serial printer, then the application will print out CDR with call charge whenever the application receives it from Pbx.

  • The second COM port can be used as controlling channel to lock/unlock the corresponding Extensions in Hotel Billing Mode (Unlock the corresponding Extension when guest check-in, and lock Extension when guest check-out. This feature is only available for some special Pbx, which support CLI via serial port)

  • If you Pbx automatically sends out CDR via IP interface (your Pbx is Server) or allow other software to logon to get CDR (your Pbx is Client), you can activate IP Interface of the application with corresponding IP mode (Server or Client).

Sending alert:

Some manager would like to know immediately if any staff just have made too expensive call or too long call, then the manager can give that employee a hot warning. By doing so, you will reduce dramatically your telephone bill. Here you can configure that feature, click on to zoom-in.

Call charge tester:

User may want to double check the call charge calculation of the application. Call Charge Tester is the form allowing you to enter directly some information of the test call to see the call charge. Click on below picture to see it.
