If you face font problem,
Check the security options on Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools > Internet Options... , click "Security" tab, change
security level to "Medium".
If you have still have problems try the following:
In the Internet Explorer:
Go to View > Encoding > Select 'User Defined'. This option will be either directly available under Encoding or under 'More' within Encoding. Refresh the browser.

How to Install Font?
1. Click mouse right button on the link above and use "Save Target As.." option to save it in your local folder (say C:\Temp).
2. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel and double click on "Fonts".
3. Now choose "File > Install new Fonts..." and point to the folder you have saved TSCKURAL.ttf file.
4. Select "TSCKural (True Type)" from the list and press OK button to install TSCKural font!
